Anyone know of a program to convert an extraced OBJ file back to an MSET file?

Per this hogg extractor tool (https://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?t=4020#p34672) and this mset converter tool ( https://github.com/PlumberTaskForce/MSET-Decompiler/releases/tag/v3.0 ) I was able to extract the newest Odyssey model, and port it's Mission Pod and BFG to another type of Odyssey. However, I can't find a program which can convert BACK to an MSET. Anyone know of a program to do that?
