Fix for local map and making it somehow similar to Fallout 3 and New Vegas counterpart

In vanilla Fallout 4, local map can show only small fraction of a terrain, which is somehow worse that it was back in the older titles. I believe that back then It could be seen even entire interior layout using it but now it’s available area is to say the least laughable.
