Trouble in Downloading Mods

Hi

After a long time I want to reactivate W3...Unfortunately I dont succeed to download any mod: Everytime I get an error "no app assigned to the file". So I switched to Vortex: there the DL's worked without complaints, but after max. 5 installs  it occured "..redundant.." issues. So I deleted all, installed W3 again, made a new account: nothing, see annex.

 

Does anyone has a clue?
