Pellape Posted April 25, 2022 Share Posted April 25, 2022 CSE crashes time to time. i only lost 3 packages this last crash that I forgot to save before dinner - No big deal. There is an autosave option in vanilla preferences in the tab Misc inside CS and CSE. Does anyone know where the autosave files ends up? I looked. i do find where CSE adds its backups but not where CS store the autosaved esp. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Pellape Posted April 27, 2022 Author Share Posted April 27, 2022 (edited) Well i did bring this up with CSE dev and he told me that the backups are in the data/Backups His backups keep their original names, the one he make before you write the over.The ones that Bethesda makes from CS is named xxxxxxxxxxx.bak The one that iswritten when CS is crashing is called PanicSave.bak and is found at backup top the rest is under the proper folder like HobbitHome is in the folder HobbitHome So damn good... So i have 1.6 Gb data in that folder... 1900 files for HobbitHome only + log files that do not say much... I clean those folders now. Saving 3 backups for each mod I edit, and they are a lot.
