i'm still not following what you mean. you should not allow ANY program to be admin - that's just how windows works. you can run it as admin but that's a seriously stupid thing to do.
but by design - windows doesn't want you to run anything as admin that doesn't need it. it will let you, of course, but you shouldn't.
running vortex as a normal user is perfectly fine. why do you think its a problem?
I didn't think it was an issue, I just wasn't sure if it was auto-running it as an administrator. It wasn't when I checked so, therefore, it's fine. Nothing runs on admin automatically I don't think. I just was mistakenly thinking it was doing that due to being on my main account, but I checked and it was not checked as an admin, so.
