Hey Yall!, 

 

Im pretty new to the modding scene but I just have a new issue that i can't find help for ive tried a lot of things like editing the vertical sync and that just made things worse making it run like its on an old vhs. I would appreciate any help i could get. I tried reddit but i couldnt post a video of my problem. Thank you!

Also, it would be more helpful if you posted a video of the problem and what mods you are using.
