Problems installing texture mods in the original ME3.

Hello. I have changed my PC, so now I´m installing all the games and their mods, including the original Mass Effect 3, but I have a problem when I try to install some textures in ME 3, the ME3Explorer doesn´t download, so I can´t install the textures of some mods:

 

- SpecTRE Gray Harrier

- Alliance Ajax Armor with Name Tag

- ME3 TC's Leather Jacket

- HR Armax Arena Armor, Spectre version

- Alliance Combat Uniform

- Formal Uniform of the Alliance in High Resolution

 

I have pasted the saved games when I played ME3 in my previous PC, and now all these items are black (they haven´t any texture). The last time I installed this tool was years ago, so I don´t remember how to do it, and maybe I´m doing something wrong with the ME3Explorer, and that`s why the tool doesn´t download and install (it has about 16 GB), or maybe the download is no longer available. In any case, I need help to install these mods, and maybe other mods/textures, with this tool or another.

What do I have to do to install correctly ME3Explorer? And if this tool is an option no longer, how can I install these textures? With what tool? And could you tell me how to use it?
