In My Nexus Account > Content blocking there is no way to block the tag Fallout 4 VR in either Global or Fallout 4 game specific tags.

That tag is intentionally not blockable. If you were to block it, it would hide some mods that work for both the regular game and VR.

Does not compute. Skyrim VR can be blocked, and blocking it has the same effect.

The difference there is Skyrim VR and Skyrim SE are significantly different.
