So I have multiple PCs plus a laptop, that being said, I have over 300 mods installed through Vortex for Skyrim Special Edition.

Is it possible to transfer the mods, with the rules and everything that took me so many hours to configure, to another hard drive to be put in another PC or laptop??

Prolly copy the Vortex folder and Vortex Appdata folder over to something flash drive or external hdd etc thats large enough install game new pc and install Vortex back in original location and Appdata folder

You could try making a Collection out of your install.  Then transfer the downloads to the other computer and install the Collection (that should skip the downloading).
