What it says in the title. If I setup a Collection and decide to disable it, all the mods included are still active.

Disabling a collection does not disable the mods in it.

If you disable it from the Collection section itself rather than the "Mods" table, it will do what you desire. There's also a pop-up when doing it from the "Mods" side that allows the mods to be disabled.
