How to get rid of annoying 'Get More Mods' button?

Not sure when or what update made this a thing, but I went to mess with my mods for the first time in months, and there's this big, ugly, semi-transparent bar sitting right on top of my mods list, with a button in the middle that says "get more mods", as if I had any trouble finding mods. I can't find anything in the settings to make it go away. If this is intentional, then why? FFS, this ain't Staples. People using Vortex don't need a easy button sitting in the middle of their display to mash because they couldn't figure out how to get to Nexus to download more mods.

Yes it was resolved - but then the Tannen extension stopped working...

Vortex 1.5.11, Tannen slider "Remove get more mods overlay checked,

And a big ugly Get more mods button on the Skyrim mod page.

That is as of two minutes ago.

Well this is curiuser and curiuser...

If someone will remind me how to attach an image, I have screen shots of both Skyrim SE and the settings page.

Get more mods only occurs at the very end of the mods listing.

You're absolutely right. Negligent me, I didn't think to go to the end of the mods page. When I did, I was greeted by the button.

I'm sure you've already done this, but I checked for an extension update (there isn't one that I could find), and I uninstalled and reinstalled the extension. I also toggled the "Remove" button several times. No luck! My efforts failed to remove the "Get more mods" button.

i use an edited theme that removes it completely, which was kindly posted in these forums a few months back.

i'd suggest, if anyone is triggered by this message, to simply search the forum and add it to a custom theme and the problem goes away.

btw - kudos to the ux "expert" who decided that this was a good thing to do. why you couldn't move it down to the area where you can drop files into vortex is beyond me, but i'm just someone who uses the tool, so what do i know!
