Above is the mod in question. I want to use Loot Menu for the Fallout 4 style quick loot which requires LINK, MenuQue and OBSE. MenuQue and OBSE are installed, versions are correct for what LINK requires, but nothing. No mod menu in game or at the main menu. Just nothing. Load order is attached. Thoughts or suggestions?

So, I installed your mod and it says that it can't detect OBSE. I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I follow the readme instructions with OBSE to the letter. I've tried installing XOBSE and I keep getting the message that it's not detected.

Is Oblivion (or Steam and Oblivion) installed in Program Files (x86)? Could be that UAC is causing problems.

I solved it. VERY weird, but when I would launch the game through steam, it would get to the main menu, but there would be no buttons. So I started launching the game through vortex because that SEEMED to be working but since I didn't yet have any mods that required OBSE installed I didn't notice it wasn't being loaded. Turns out that I had no buttons on the main menu because of... AA being turned on through the launcher??? I turned it off and Maskar's mod stopped kicking back a message telling me OBSE wasn't loaded and now everything works AND I can load from steam. Modding is weird, but you gotta love it. Thanks for the help.

If you are using the latest xOBSE, it has a slight issue that I reported to Idle. Not that it may effect this but it can. Use the standard OBSE from 2013 anyway, the latest release of the old OBSE in case you do not or have tried it lately and also try xOBSE 21.5 as it works great for me. If I recall right, Maskar use OBSE from 2013? If i recall right, he told me that he use it to make sure everything is compatible with the standard old OBSE.

This new page refer both to OBSE and also xOBSE. Depending on which version you use, it will have impact on the game and our mods, their stability and performance.
