Download Speed Issue On Nexus Mods

I've been noticing lately that my download speeds are pretty low, I've got a life time premium membership but I'm downloading more often than not at sub 1 mb/s. I have decent internet (of course it is variable) but my plan is for gigabit speeds. From other sites I have have memberships at like TSR I don't see this issue. I've heard that speeds get reduced with AD blockers. Does that apply to premium members as well?

Premium members shouldn't have speed limits, even with an adblocker. (theoretically, premium members don't see ads in any event?)

 

Could try turning off your adblocker, and see if anything changes.

I have disabled the blocker for the site now. These results were with the blocker off, I'm also seeing this through a mod manager download as well. Though I don't use vortex so I didn't include those as I didn't think they would be valid.

The test URLs aren't limited by your membership plan, so these are just the raw speeds your ISP is allowing for our network. Some ISPs artificially slow you down when downloading from our site. You may want to try a VPN and see if that helps?

Tried Proton VPN, Cloudflare Warp, and a work VPN. No real changes in download speeds with either (proton got a bit slower)
