It's something we may do eventually, but for now "Other" is the best fit. so, we have 15 different languages, but we even have no "other" option. what kind of resources do you need, to add ukrainian? I can actually add a tag for Ukrainian fairly easily (I've added it now but it will take 15-30mins to appear), but the actual language options on the upload form are hard-coded and require a lot of messing about by our dev team to update - otherwise it will show up with a broken image next to it instead of a flag. I can put in a ticket internally for it, but the whole dev team is pretty swamped right now so it may not be added anytime soon.
