The lighting in the Hall of elements seems way to bright, just wanna hear if anyone know how ro fix it.

Im using Obscure's College of Winterhold and Lux, and think the problem is somewhere with those. I can't figure this out, I tried to reinstall the mods, but nothing. I tried to look at the modpages for anyone with a similar problem or some pathces that could ifx it, but coundnt find anything.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I use vortex and im on Skyrim AE

You might try using Interior Exterior Brightness. Even if only a workaround for "problem" locations, it *could be useful. I use it to deal with a couple of areas that have lighting inconsistent with what I expect.

Simple interface, two settings, interior and exterior.

- apparently, the latest versions have more settings. I'm using the original. And just in case you, like me, are still using Skyrim 1.5.97, note that *at least the latest version was written for AE, but the one I'm using is still available for now. (last entry in the downloads section)

Thanks for the suggestion, but the problem isnt really the brightness of the general interior, it seems like its the light source, and in this case the windows which are way too bright in the day, but normal at night.

After going around other places around the college it seems like it is just the windows type the college uses have a too powerfull light source at day time

And an other thing the mod you suggested does not work with an enb installed.

Lux sometimes has quite bright windows. I think, this is intended and part of the design.

You can try "RUSTIC windows" and let it overwrite Lux and its patches. IMHO, both play together nicely. Or you can try a different interior lighting mod: ELFX shadows is on par with Lux. In fact, these two lighting mods are IMHO the best and most advanced.

WIndow brightness can also be controlled in ENB. So maybe testing a different ENB preset (or tweaking your current one) could also help.

Had no idea. Thanks for letting me know. I'll keep that in mind if I ever decide to install ENB.
