Hey! Anyone knows if there's a way to reset the statuses of mods, from 'downloaded' to nothing? in my case im trying to start again, and on a side note, has anyone encountered any problems with skyrim and windows 11?

There is not.  It's a list of downloaded mods and you can't undownload something from the past.
