maxpayne3 Max Payne 3 slow-mo increasing like uberbullettime in max payne 2

guys, there's some problem, that's makes some wormholes in my head. max payne 2 had a mod called uberbullettime, timewarmp there was increased so that everyone pretty much standed while u run around them. call it cheating, not interesting or fun, yet I enjoyed it, and I wanna know can it be done with mp3? searched timewarp file, globalsettings file, yet none of em made any effect. could u at least point me in a right direction?
