greekrage Posted June 24, 2022 Share Posted June 24, 2022 (edited) seriously think about what youre asking for...The map isnt flat...so in reality when youre on a hill the rest of the area below it should be under water.....Not very realistic or "atmospheric"..imo...Also note that the map is made up of 1000s of cells and each cell has its set water height....so youre asking for a mod that edits all those cells....when ever youre there and its raining...
