Gray Artifact While Sneaking

Has anyone encountered something like this before (see screenshot)? I've downloaded the "Life In The Ruins" mod list (see mod list below). I installed a few extra mods like glowing bobble heads, xdi, PAC, etc. but nothing that I feel would cause this issue.

To the super smart mod issue troubleshooters here are the symptoms.

1. Issue only occurs with a combination of some weapons and clothing. Screenshot is the "Stars and Stripes" underarmor and "The Wattz 3000" weapon.
2. The issue only occurs when sneaking.
3. The issue doesn't occur with some scopes on The Wattz 3000. I also have a piple rifle that has the issue all the time regardless of scope. See second screenshot.
4. The default Vault 111 suit doesn't have the issue.
5. Army Fatigues does not have this issue.
6. Road Leathers does not have this issue.
7. Raider Leathers does not have this issue
8. Harness has this issue.
9. Summer Shorts has this issue.
10. Stars & Stripes has this issue.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

There's a slot conflict between the armor, the armor addon and the character slots, not sure what's causing it but I would check the armor (armor pieces) that are causing it in FO4Edit and check what slots that are set to use and that they match the armor addon for that armor. Also check the player character slots, some slot can't be active on the character or it will cause this. I would uncheck the neck slot from the character, see if that fixes it.

Sorry I thought it was the player character but it's the human race especially since you are using Looks Menu and Looks Menu CC
