How to convert eye mods to a custom head?

Does anyone know how to patch eye mods to fit in a different head mesh. Because I am using a modded race (bochu on vectorplexus website) and any eye mod I install is horribly misaligned on the custom race head mesh I am using. Is there any way to make my own patch to make the eyes fit the head?
