Plugins tab infinitely loads

i've installed a collection on skyrimSE, a rather large one. The first time I tried DLing and working with this collection it had some hiccups but at that time the plugins worked and I could change mods from active to light and so on. However I did a purge, and a reinstall of that collection but now that plugins tab will not load anything, just shows the 4 arrows aligned in a circle spinning infinitely.

obviously its working stuff out after you made your changes. just leave it and let it do its thing.
