[Modding Help] Game won't launch through Mod Organizer but will through SKSE itself

Just recently got back into playing after a few years and reinstalled and started fresh with a new load order. I just finished getting everything set up and upon startup my game will not launch through Mod Organizer 2, but it will launch if I just use the SKSE loader. Here is my modlist --> https://modwat.ch/u/kenDandy


I also made sure that the SKSE entry in the dropdown menu points to the correct folders. The one with "Title", "Binary" and "Start in" --> https://i.imgur.com/jGFCpUY.png

I can help with this because I'm working with a lot of mo2 files and instances.  There are the file pointers in the instances and the file pointers in the profiles and they have to point to the right container for that launch with all the mods.  Usually for me the hangup.  Make sure you are going into the Tools>Settings>Paths at the top (not necessarily in the left pane load and make sure those profile paths are pointing right.  And ensure the File>manage instances also line up with where you have everything with the profiles.  If those are right then the launcher should point to the folders specified as your instance and profile defaults.  Then the launcher binary and start should work.
