Deployment Failed & Error(5)

I updated to Anniversary Edition this week and have been playing without any issues. I also updated SKSE to the anniversary edition as well. Yesterday everything literally stopped working. Vortex, which I do have updated to the most recent version, started to say "deployment failed." I realized that SKSE is no longer a primary option? I tried to run FNIS, which is also updated to the most recent version, is giving my "ERROR(5): The system cannot find the file specified." I haven't knowingly changed any of the file locations from where they were. I have been playing everything just as it was before. I created a new profile and just tried to activate SKSE64 but to no avail. When I do choose skse as the primary I get this message: "Vortex tried to access 'C:\Video Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\skse64_loader.exe' but it doesn't exist." Naturally I went to the file to verify this and it very much does exist...I'll take any advice you have to offer. Thank you.
