im trying to use the login in and itll bring me to nexus but then i get a 401 error saying invalid request or lack of permission. ive tried the usual troubleshooting. restarting pc. closing apps. logging out. any tips help

how many accounts have you got? if you have more than one account - are you 100% certain you're using the correct credentials on the website and in your vortex client? they must match. http 401 is an indicator that whatever you are using to attempt to gain access isn't correct so you get rejected.
