Guest deleted34304850 Posted June 29, 2022 Share Posted June 29, 2022 how many accounts have you got? if you have more than one account - are you 100% certain you're using the correct credentials on the website and in your vortex client? they must match. http 401 is an indicator that whatever you are using to attempt to gain access isn't correct so you get rejected.
