Better Dead Thralls Tweaks?

As appreciative users of this mod, Better Dead Thralls, we've noticed that some thralls do not appear in game, though they appear in the menu as thralls.

 

Is there a way to "kill" or disable the thralls that don't appear in game. One example, we tried to Dead-Thrall Savos, and he rose from the dead, but disappeared on screen, although the Mod arrow points to where he should be.

 

Now he takes up one of the ten available dead-thrall slots, but otherwise is not in game.
