SSE Regarding Prefixes for New TIF files?

OK, we set a new prefix in our Creation Kit preferences for our TIF files, while creating a Trainer-NPC.

 

And when editing the dialogue-trainers quest.

 

Now we've noticed that our new prefix shows up when we start a new Creation Kit project.

 

Is this CK behavior normal? Shouldn't the CK revert the Kit to the existing prefix protocols?

 

Should we set another new prefix if we edit dialogue quests?
