I will be overseer if the vault wants me to. But if bbshrimp would like to be he may. "Overseer" is just another term for "bossman" and "bossman" is just another word for "I've got a headache".

Just as floggingmolly is elected overseer a wasteland hunter enters the vault. with his shiny sniper on his back, and bloody sword in his hand ready for what may lye in the vault

Hello vault overseer, what kind of society do you keep here?
Posted 06 May 2009 - 12:21 AM
Little better than total anarchy. Given the nature of the "god" of the vault, we must keep any weapons that we can lay our hands on just in case of trouble. This leaves me, the overseer to try to avoid being voilently overthrown. A fairly independent society, we tend to do things alone, sometimes requesting the aid of other vault dwellers. As near as I can tell, being the overseer is more of a title than an actual position.
