I don't really have all that crazy of mods not sure why it is happening.

Probably missing masters... Happens a lot. Are you using a mod manager of any sort?

There's someone watching me, I can tell.

If you put your load order into FNVEdit it will throw an error if a master is missing, that error will tell you the name of it.
