How To Install Mods With Mod Organiser 2 ?

I had downloaded it from: (https://www.modorganizer.org/) and followed these instructions (https://stepmodifications.org/wiki/Guide:Mod_Organizer).

It's actually available on Nexus, here: (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6194), and from the video section you can find this video: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LwaC7gP7_JM) that shows you how to link MO2 with Nexus. Once that's done, you can just go to the file page on a mod, and instead of manual install, you use the mod manager download option.

I had assumed the "mod manager" was this "Vortex" mod manager that's all over the site.

Details: Fallout 3 GOTY Edition, Steam Windows 10

Had Mods working on it, game runs fine.

I'm trying to install "HeNMCs_Texture_Pack_for_FO3" (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/12056?tab=files) with MO2. I've been able to install other mods, such as "RH_IronSights - FOSE" (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/6938) by just manually downloading the .zip file, and navigating to it through MO2 with the "install a new mod from archive" button.

With "NMCs_Texture_Pack_for_FO3" however, the downloaded file is listed as type: "file". I guess that's a file type unkown to my system. I can open it with 7Zip, but MO2 can't find it in the same way as with other mods such as "RH_IronSights - FOSE".

How do I open this type of file with MO2 ?

The "Fallout 3 Beginners guide to modding" (https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/2247384-fallout-3-beginners-guide-to-modding/) doesn't explicitly state how to download this kind of mod.

The MO2 documentation doesn't either (https://stepmodifications.org/wiki/Guide:Mod_Organizer), at least not that I can see.

I've used mods on various games before but I'm obviously overlooking something and I'm out of my depth.

Any help would be great, thanks in advance. Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this.
