For reference, I'm using "Fallout 4 HD Overhaul, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/52423" and "SavrenX HD Vanilla Armor, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/52423." I've used BethINI to changed the game to ultra to no avail. Tried using the setting in the regular fallout launcher, moving the HD texture to the top and bottom of the load order, redownloading fallout 4's texture files from steam, all to no result. They are also part of your profile, so, editing them via bethini doesn't modify the file you need to. I think you have to do it thru MO..... but not 100% on that. I got this fixed by disabling all the optional stuff of ENB in the enblocal.ini (ApplyStabilityPatch=false; ForceVideoMemorySize=false; DisableFakeLights=false) Apparently "Load Accelerator" also causes textures to not load correctly/completely.
