Khajiit claws animation from vampire lord

It annoyed me that they didn't go through with the beast races characteristics they had in Morrowind. In In Morrowind, they walked different, argonians swam like aligators, and they had different claw animations. Those seem to be all cosmetic things that made sense. The only non cosmetic feature was that they couldn't wear shoes or closed faced helmets.

 

If a mod could implement these features that made beast races more realistic and interesting, that would be awesome.

Yeah. I was asking for werewolf animations too :D. But a vampire lord should be enough so if someone find/made it i would be greatfull. And whats funny about skyrim khajits have more addiotional damage cuz of their claws when they dont even use it in vanilla animations .... Good job bethesda :tongue:.

Sadly, this is impossible. Khajiits share the skeleton with all humanoid races, vampire lords don't.

An animation like that should be done by tweaking the existing unarmed stance.

My mod adds real claws and not pointy fingers.

 

@MostlyMuggie that's sorta what we plan to do with the mod Unique Beast races. Morrowind styled bodies are the priority, but also small fixes and new animations could be included. But sadly, I have not idea how animations work.

I'll check it out. It is a shame that animation modding is such a pain.

I got it to work on my argonian just by taking the werewolf battle stance and attacks and renaming them for the player's unarmed combat, in fact, but it only works on beast race skeletons, but you can just replace a humans if you want to use it there. But I wouldn't know why it doesn't work for you.
