So there's absolutely no horns at all, not even the stump of the horns that you see in the vanilla 'hornless' option. I haven't seen anything on the nexus, but I might have missed it.Honestly, if it's reasonably easy to do I wouldn't mind giving it a shot myself, I've done a little modding in the past, although nothing with Baldur's Gate 3. But if it's a mammoth task then I guess I'll just have to do without.It just seems strange that it isn't an option, not all tieflings in D&D have horns!I've exactly the same issues with the tails too, so the same question applies.
