About download speed limit with premium

Hi, I bought premium to increase my download speed and automate downloads, but my downloads are still limited to 1mb. I would like to ask for your help.
Country: I'm in Turkey and I've bought premium before and never had such a problem.
ISP: Turksat
Test download speeds: Average 92.21 MB
Your download link: Both on the website and in vortex the speed for all modes is only 1 mb.
TraceRoute: I didn't understand, but it was clear that there was no problem with my internet

I have turned my modem off and on, turned my computer off and on, turned my nexus account off and on, but it never exceeds 1 mb. I am urgently waiting for a solution, not a redirection.

If you're getting faster speeds with a different internet connection then I'm afraid it's likely to be a fault at your ISP. You could report it to them and see if they can offer a solution.

What do you even say for them to understand, I don't think they even know what this is
