Help! Can't drop/sell/trade or equip inventory item

Hi all, So i'm playing fallout 4 modded and i ran into a strange bug. it's not entirely game breaking...yet. But i've already found that in a side quest...the one with the crazy pre war cult people..when he tries to take all of my items the game crashes. Thankfully i am not over encumbered as I'm using weightless Armour and unlimited carry capacity. The colonial duster in my inventory says i have a ton. like over 4,000,000 I can't drop them...can't trade them..and using the "~" key and going through the console command doesn't even detect the items. i tried disabling all of my clothing type mods but that didn't work. I have no clue which mod is causing this. I searched all over the internet with no one with the same problem. I'm a little worried as i think theres a main story mission where they take all your gear...and if that happens it will crash. So it could be game breaking.
