Turnex Posted September 2, 2022 Share Posted September 2, 2022 The Barefoot Footstep sound mod for Fallout 4 increased my immersion tremendously for that game, but I have not been able to find anything similar for Cyberpunk 2077. As far as I have noticed there are some barefoot footsteps during certain scripted animations, like getting out of bed, or turning around after shutting off the shower water, but as soon as you regain player control the footsteps again revert to sound like wearing shoes with a semi-hard sole even when barefooted. I know that just because this mod was "an easy fix" for Fallout 4 (and Skyrim, I guess) that does not in any way hint how hard a similar mod will be to do for Cyberpunk 2077, but if some sounds are "already there" perhaps there is hope an inventive modder may come up with something nice.
