Texture issues

Having some texturing issues, the UV map seems fine, the mesh is fine, and yet when i apply the textures in nifskope i can see through them from certain angles, unfortunately this also happens in-game too. Could anyone take the time to have a look at this for me?

Flip the normals. Currently it is inside out.

If you use Max, simply add a Normals modifier.

For any other software, I do not know. But the normals is flipped.
