Mods are not activating properly

Hi everyone, this past week i have decided to give skyrim another play through. in doing such i wanted to give it an overhaul before getting started. so i started with the basics. i installed SKSE and made sure it was working properly. then moved on to skyUI. next was the graphics over haul. i installed 2k textures, pure waters, Climates of Tam, Realistic lighting over haul, and npc skin rexture mod. i then check to make sure everything was running fine and it was. so i continued with the process. i then installed an ENB, checked again and it was still doing fine. i started to do some modding i installed deadly dragons, convenient horses, frost fall, wet and cold, footprints, iHUD, and a vanilla retexture mode. now i looked at my load order and made sure everything looked good double checked with BOSS. then i started the game with SKSE-Loader.exe. game started up just fine but quickly realized that non of the new mods i installed were actually in the game. so i wanted to see if the were in the sky ui mod configuration. they were not. i then went back and tried un-activating then re-activating them but to no avail. made sure that my skyrimprefs.ini had bEnableFileSelection=1 and it did. and what i do not understand is that all of the new mods are in my load order in the skyrim launcher. but not showing up in the mod configuration or in the game at all. any help would be much appreciated

by the way i also made sure my NMM was up to date just to get that out of a possible solution.

Soultion 1:

did you maually install or install thru NMM?

 

if you installed thru NMM, hold still.....SMACK (Gibbs style)

 

sometimes if installed thru NMM it will show in the data files and whatnot, but the files aren't atcually installed.

 

so maually reinstall all the mods

 

Soultion 2:

If manual install, did you check the apporiate boxes (a common mistake)?

 

Soultion 3:

are you using a legit copy of skyrim? (have to ask, some people have asked for help and it turns out that they were pirates :pirate: )

have you tried simpler, smaller mods and see if they work? soem of the mods you listed are a little complex to install
