New SkyRe Build/Character, Anything need to change?

Skyrim Redone (SkyRe) Warlock Build

Race: Orc
Offense Perks: light weaponry, destruction, illusion
Defense Perks: heavy armour, block, restoration
*Minor Perks: smithing, enchanting, speechcraft
**Other Perks: sneak, fingersmith

Alignment: warrior, then steed (ASAP)
Lycanthrope or Nosferatu: Lycanthrope
Orientation: neutral good

Factions: Companions, Dawnguard, College of Winterhold, Thieve's Guild, Dark Brotherhood
Civil War: Imperial Legion

Backstory: The Stormcloaks murdered his family, from the belief that they were smuggling supplies through the border to aid the war. This young warlock was abandoned on the streets for years, until he decided to aid the war effort by going to Solitude to join the Imperial Legion, but was captured, along with a small band of Stormcloaks and the leader of the rebellion, Ulfric himself. By this point, he was boiling with rage, and was going to kill Ulfric Stormcloak, leader of the rebellion and Jarl of Windhelm, except he had the restriction of bindings on his wrists, restricting his movement. He knew, as soon as he was released from his bindings, he would try to find and kill Ulfric, though he did not know how, other than to join the Legion, and help out in the army. Little did he know, he was destined for glory, for power.

Do I need to change anything or do you have any recommendations on this?
