When I get to veronicas lab, I collect all the supplies and put them in the vase thing, but then it says talk to serana. When I do there is no dialoge box to confirm entering the soul cairn. So she just sits there and does nothing. I have tried to force the portal open by useing setstage dlcvq04 90, then she asks to soul trap me blah blah, but then when i try to go in it wont let me, theres no door. The portal is open, but it does not take me there. Idk what to do and its really annoying. If anyone can help me please give me some idea to fix this.
