How to make footsteps louder?

I wasn't sure if I should post this under the Technical Support forums, because... well..this isn't really an operational problem with the game.

I just want to make my footsteps louder.

 

 

PS: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27449//? Sadly, this mod didn't help me. I'm using this mod in the video.
