fakeinbox Posted November 16, 2013 Share Posted November 16, 2013 I just tried uninstalling an NPC mod for Lydia and after reloading with the mod uninstalled, this happened: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v739/cyborga078/lydiaproblem.jpg Her face, animations and everything is still fine but it seems the head texture is not loaded. I've tried starting a new game and the head is back. My suspicion of the glitch is in the save itself... Please help! I don't want a bugged save file! I tried SKSE clearinvalidregistration (in case it is a mod remnant) but to no avail. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

However, it will also replace any changes you made via TES5Edit.Did you follow the mod's instructions for properly removing the mod?
