Why is this happening ?!

Hey there im running Skyrim on the fox Monitor setup and i always get freezes and crashes. I get one, nothings moving but the sounds are still playing, then i load my save after shuting down skyrim manually and starting it up again, ofcourse i have to do everything again to the point the game crashed and then literaly at the same spot it crashes again.

 

Windows 7 (64 Bit)

Intel Core i5-2310 CPU @ 2.90GHz - 4x

NVIDIA GeForce GT 530

 

I noticed since i installed a Monitormod for skyrim my FPS are constantly at about 16 tp 20

Also my GPU is at 99% !!

I also havr to note my game is not heavily modded as you can expect.

In ordet to reduce the memory usage i deactivate everyone with Immersive in it. But it still froze frequently so i added then again after a compatability-check.

 

I beg you guys to help me im really lacking on enthusiasm and im sick of skyrim doing this sh! t. I cant help myself hopefully you do.

I dont know whaf to do anymore.
