[SSE] Mod idea/search, 'find my kills'

I sometime been fighting on a hill just to see a NPC with a good outfit slip down the hill, or when you fight bandits and move over a larger grassy area to dodge attacks and then never been able to find them to get the loot? I get a feeling that things like that happen to me all the time, so I want to know if there is any mod that can locate the latest kills or if that is even possible to do.

I'm not 100% sure but I think if you instal "Hunterborn" and activate the cannibal trait you can find killed NPCs with one of the senses. Hunterborn SE at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) Don't forget to check the dependencies. if you use MCM there is also an addon for that.

I agree with @steamteck

(cool nick btw, are you really a boiler tech/similar?)

The detect-dead spell works well for local body search. Of course, over time, those bodies will vanish (housekeeping), but just after a battle, except for any that are what I ight call glitch-vanished (under the ground, poofed out of existence with an arrow, frozen in the air and you can't reach the trigger, or tossed over a cliff you don't want to traverse right now), it will reveal them. Hmm might even reveal the ones caught in the air...

I know it's not canon and considered a cheat by some, but I always equip new players with detect dead using Add-item, shortly after their creation. It's not very useful at first due to a level limited magicka pool, but with use comes natural illusion skillup (no need to spend points on it) and more ability to use it effectively

ps> same btw, for the pacify spell. I'm not skilling up the entire chain just so I can have a peaceful walk in the woods without having to murder an entire family of bears or wild dogs or sabertooths for that matter... something about killing pups, kittens and kits bugs me.
