SKSE trouble

Hi everyone

I have had Skyrim for a long time, at first I got mods on the steam community but didn't feel that they where as good as the ones on Nexus so I downloaded some mods off of that but still wanted more so I downloaded SKSE, so I got some mods that require SKSE.

A couple of days later a Skyrim update came out and I tried to play Skyrim when I got into the game it said "The Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE) is not running. This message may also appear if a new Skyrim patch has been released. In this case, wait until SKSE has been updated, then install the new version" another message said "Skyrim Version 0.0" and "SKSE version 0.0.0.0.0" which I thought was odd considering it just updated both the day before.

It has been a while since this has happened, a month or two, as I was waiting for the update (SKSE) but it still has not come and I dont know what to do as im not good at getting mods manually as I've got NMM and just subscribing doing it for me.

My current version for Skyrim is 1.9.32.0.8

The current SKSE version is 1.6.16 which is able to play 1.9.32.0 and i have downloaded SKSE twice to make sure its wasn't outdated but still didn't work?

If anyone knows what is happening or if you have a question if I've missed something out that could be useful, please reply.

Thank You

I'm having the same problem. I was able to play Skyrim fine yesterday (30th Nov) with SkyUI, Alternate Start, ApachiSkyHair, XCE, Etheral Elven, A Quaility World Map, and Imersive HUD, but today it seems SKSE is no longer compatible with Skyrim 1.9.32.0.8 ?

Gonna try and reinstall SKSE see if that helps or Is there an update for SKSE due?
