It was a clothing store with a few vendor npc's just outside of the megaton entrance. The entrance was unique and immersion breaking, having flowers and maybe Roman style pillars. it had footwear, maybe suspenders blue jeans and other clothing items. It was taken off Nexus shortly after I found it, either the author removed it or it broke rules somehow. A different mod I cannot find placed a Warhammer related armor in a crate outside agathas house. It's a little thing but it's always bothered the heck out of me - especially with a. how empty the market is and b. the fact that Megaton and Tenpenny have generic settler NPCs.
