Redmod deployment Inturupting Vortex

Every time I change one of my mods it tries to deploy Redmod over and over. I've never used CDPR's login assistant or Redmod to enable my mods before and find it very frustrating to have the notification and command box interrupting my use of the mod manager. I removed the exe for now but cant find an option to stop Vortex from trying the deployment attempt in the first place. If anyone knows how to stop this from happening so I can get rid of the red notification on my bell icon in vortex and so i can stop watching it struggle to do something I really don't want to begin with.
