Are downloaded meshes, sounds and textures influence Save files?

Hi, I wanted to change my skyrim apperance, but keep the game in original state and vanilla (instead of adding new armors I repleaced old with new meshes and textures) same with weapons, animations and sounds. I only copied to Data folder folders: meshes, textures, sound, without any .bsa, .esp and .esm files. In launcher I have only Skyrim, Dawnguard, Hearthfire, Dragonborn, HiResTex (original from Bethesda) 1,2 and 3. Now I have question. Will that modifications influence in any way on my saves? I would like to emphasize "any". Will that be noted somewhere in the save file, in its modifications history, and in the future, for example, break it? When I check properties of folders: meshes, textures and sound it says that I have 2099 files in them.

I will be very grateful for help, beacause otherwise I would delete that files and play on clear Skyrim ;-(

I am sorry for my English, but it is not my main language :-( I tried to do my best while writing.

Textures and meshes have 0 impact on a save file. The save file doesn't save anything to do with those. It saves the items they're attached to, and when it loads those items, it'll load those mesges and textures. The meshes and textures themselves are not saved. Also, I would like to point out that many BSAs contain meshes and textures. I also hope you are picking mods that replace vanilla textures. If they don't replace vanilla textures, then even if you put those textures in your data folder, they won't show up anywhere in game because nothing uses them.

TL;DR No, it won't affect your saves at all so long as they are only meshes and textures.
