Very Slow World Interaction

Hey guys!

 

Hi wanted to play Skyrim and test some mods. This enb are so sexy!

I installed Skyrim, download the enb and a few other mods. You can see them here in the mod list.

In addition to these I installed the RealLight ENB, a Male Body Mod and a Female Body Mod.

 

But know i have some problems. The interaction with the world is sometime extrem slow. When I want to trade with a npc, the dialog screen need sometimes more than a minute to load. Also the trading screen. Or if I have to do the puzzle with the wheel and the symbols

I click at the wheel and it spin a minute later.

The game runs with 30-60 fps and the rest works fine.

My computer specks are an i5 with 2,7ghz, AMD Radeon 6900, 8gb RAM and Windows 7 64 bit.
