Skyrim Crashes While Dxtory Is Running in the Background

I have Skyrim on PC and run it on Ultra graphics with 2 different mods: "Skyrim Project Optimization" (used through Nexus) and "HiAlgoBoost"(installed through the Skyrim folder on Program Files (x86)). These 2 mods help to run Skyrim really well on my i3 Processor, 4.00 GB RAM, Windows 7 PC with Intel HD Graphics Family graphics card.

I have Dxtory 2.0.122 and whenever it is running and I start up my game, after the loading menu when I load a game, Skyrim closes. I have disabled "Skyrim Project Optimization" but there is no difference. Has anyone had a similar problem and knows how to fix this?

I heard ENB's cause this problem. Are those 2 mods ENB's?
